We were approved on 27 July out of VSC. Still waiting as well. How do you know that your case has been received by NVC? Is it something you have to ask an operator to find out? All we are hearing from the AVR is that they don't have a record of our case. Going to start talking to an operator on Wednesday when we hit 15 business days.

I just called 603-334-0700 and pressed 1 and then 5 and spoke with an operator.

She was able to tell me when it was received. Then to allow 15 days after that date to call back.

My NOA 2 was August 3, 2011. This morning I called and it was entered into NVC as of yesterday 8/15/2011. Also my case was from CSC so I guess I was lucky. That is only seven business days really. They also told me at the NVC nearly all correspondence these days goes thru email and they are even doing the DS 3230 with an online version the DS 260 so that should speed things up.
