Comments : We got to the Embassy at 06.30am there's already a lot of people in line there, and noticed they all are for Tourist and student visa. Finally the guard let us in at 07.00, we waited in the room in front of room 5 where we submit all the docs requested such as Medical result, passport and other docs. This room 5 is opened at 08.00am, after submitted all the docs we waited again and we got no.4, there were only 5 people who will be interviewed for immigrant visa. Finally, at 10.30am our name were called...Say hi good morning sir...? and then the CO asked me to have fingerprints, all were perfect! and then interview began.....
the question asked to me:
1. when did you get married?
2. have u been to US before?
3. Where does ur husband live in US?
4. have u married before?
5. when was the last time that u met ur husband?
Thats it!
the question asked for son's (me who answered to the questions anyway):
1. Has he ever been to Us?
2. when was the last time he met his father?
3. where is he now?
4. is his father ok that he leave with you to US?

and then we had a little bit argument about his custody, which he thought i haven't gave it to him yet, though it was there on my son's file (he was looking for tht paper on my file lol no wonder that he couldn't found it).

Well, that's it! He said, here is ur ticket to US and have a nice day!
He didn't even asked for any documents that i brought nor asked for any pics.

Good luck for everyone who are still waiting for their visa! keep praying and god will listen to ur prayers ;)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
