EAD approved today!! :dance:

Congrats Mishellibelli! My wife is so anxious to work. I hope ours arrives prior to interview, as well.

We completed Biometrics yesterday. Our appointment was at 10 in Chula Vista but we arrived at 930 and cruised right through in 45 minutes. Nice to have another step completed.

We couldn't view the status of our cases online either. We called the customer service number and ended up getting transferred to a Tier 2 because the person couldn't tell the status in the computer either. The second person put in a request to have them show up online. About 7-10 days later we were able to check the status.

We received an email yesterday that our AP is approved and the EAD card has been ordered to be printed. The email said it should be mailed to us within 30 days.

9/17/10 - Received in Dallas
9/23/10 - NOA1 (Email - Sent to VSC)
9/24/10 - NOA1 (Letter Received Dated 9/20/10)
10/3/10 - Touched
3/23/11 - NOA2 (Email - Sent to NVC)
3/31/11 - Letter from NVC confirming receipt (Letter dated then)
4/6/11 - Email confirmation from NVC - Paperwork sent to Frankfurt

5/16/11 - Fiance's Interview in Frankfurt - Approved

05/27/2010 – NOA1 issued
06/03/2010 – Touch/NOA1 hard copy received in US Mail
10/27/2010 – 5 month mark
10/28/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending'
11/04/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending', but service request generated
11/05/2010 – Notified that background checks are not complete - looks like we're in for a looong wait...
12/07/2010 – Received email notification of NOA2
12/16/2010 – NVC sent the case to Embassy in Malawi
02/28/2011 – Interview
03/14/2011 – VISA APPROVED!
05/04/2011 – Fiance and I came back to the U.S. together! smile.png

Received email today that Paula's I485 application has been transfered to CSC. Does our waiting time start all over again?

Mine was transferred 2 weeks ago to National Benefits Center, i think it's just the normal process.

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

I have been unable to track my case status on the USCIS website. I received my NOAs couple of weeks ago and did biometrics on 30th Aug. Upon trying to check the status it says: Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

Anyone else on the same boat and do i need to take any action to remedify it?

That means your card has been produced and the uscis has mailed it to you already. I think thats how it works..no worries!
