HELP! Recieved I-797 Notice

Helloo everyone,

I am little confused and could use some advice. We filed for the removal of my wife's conditions a while ago. Everything seemed to be going fine. She recieved her extension of residency and the biometric appointment. Then all of a sudden the other day we recieved an I-797E, Notice of Action for a request for evidence. It comes with a sheet showing all te evidence they would like, but I already sent them prety much all of it. Here is what I sent them with the application:

Copy of Land Contract showing joint ownership of home

2009 and 2010 Property Tax Bills showing both names

2009 and 2010 Federal Income Tax forms showing we filed jointly

Health Insurance card shoing both names

What else could they want? Any help here would be very much appreciated. We have unti; August 2nd to respond, but I want to get this going ASAP.

House and car insurance both names. , utility bills in both names, any life insurance you have

Two letters from people that know you personally that can attest to the marriage being a "true" marriage?

No need to panic

They got used to see ALOT of evidence as everyone send big fat thick packets, looking to what you gave them its not quiet enough to them

you can send back statements show both names ,,pictures for you and her in different occassions with different family and friends members, life and vehicle insurance cards or statements show both names , affidavits from family or friends witness ongoing relathionship , etc etc (you name it) according to your case

Yes, for one thing they may have misplaced what you already sent.

Bank statements showing joint accounts, affidavits, club memberships (costco/sams), photos...

Just sent tax transcripts from the IRS to validate that your taxes a really authentic.

Have you visited your wife's home country or flown anywhere on vacation together? Try to think of anything that would include both of your names.

I would resupply your original packet, supplement it with insurance papers life, auto health, evidence of a true relationship, photos, home ownership, utility bills, your will ( usually tough subject for young people to address). ASffidavit from your friends about visits vacations, diners with amigos.
