Hi, I'm new (well new to posting but have been obessively reading this forum for about a year lol). We sent ours in 20 June, recieved 22 june and according to the website was last looked at 25 June. I am bring my 3 kids with me (not biological kids of my USC husband) and am finding it really frustrating the lack of guides and information for bring kids under 21!

Have any of your kids reached the age of 18? If you and your USC husband married prior to their 18th birthday, he can file a I-130 on their behalf.

yes one of my children is 18 but we married before her 18th. We have filed for all the kids too but it has been painful process figuring out what needs to go with the next lot of forms! I am sure we will figure it out eventually. I just can't wait until we can start living our normal life!

ya - NOA-1 and NOA-2 are sorta VJ specific terms, both come in on a I-797-C formletter.

NOA-1 is the receipt notice

NOA-2 is the approval notice.

Did you hit the wiki, find Loto's EZGUIDE or not ?

sent mine out in June as well!!

To quotes a movie, “So how does it happen, great love? Nobody knows... but what I can tell you is that it happens in the blink of an eye. One Moment you're enjoying your life, and the next you're wondering how you ever lived without them.” I felt I found something with Kieu that is rare in life... true love.

anyhoo continue to give u_dates.. im learning as we go....HAVE a great Holiday weekend everyone!!!!

Let him sign the DS2032 (I think its call) the form that he fills out to designate you as person to receive mail in your case. Cause the mail system in JA will make your case tek longer all 2 years or more if the mail people eat the paper. You case will go faster if they mail the things to you.
