.. Alright all, i am a June filer of the IR1. I FILED JUNE 13 AND GOT NOTICE ON JUNE 17TH.. ANYONE OUT HERE WITH ME WHO WANTS TO TRACK HOW OUR CASES MOVE ALONG..I COULD REALLY USE THE COM_ANY :yes:

Hi Jahoney,

Congrats on your IR1 application!

Just wanted to know: Did your NOA1 letter arrived in the mail on the 17th? Or did you received a sms on the 17th stating that your NOA1 had been sent on the 17th?..

Im asking that because I received a sms for my i129f this morning and when I checked my case status on the uscis page, it said: "On June 15, 2011, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions..".

So I just wanted to know if my NOA1 date was today (June 21) or June 15th?..

Sent my I130 and docs off on June 1 to Chicago Lockbox.

Received return receipt on June 3 from USCIS Chicago Lockbox.

Received Notification Receipt for all 3- husband and 2 sons- on June 7 from the VT Service Center.

Waiting now and waiting....

Case #1: CR1 & CR2-Hubby & Kids
6/6/11...Priority Date
7/2011...NOA2 ~44 days
8/5/2011...NVC & IIN # Received
9/12/11... CR1 & Cr2 cases completed. ~37 days
11/4/11... CR1 & CR2 Interview APPROVED!!!

we sent our I-130 for myself and my son on the 4th June, they received it on the 6th June, NOA1 email received 9th June, hard copy received 16th June, our NOA1 date is the 7th June. woohoo.

and we are being processed at California

IR-1 is issued when you have been married 2 or more years. Entry on an IR-1 will result in the issuance of the green card with 10 years validity.

I just now looked at your estimate and the range is between September 10th and October 25th. That can and will change in either direction.

OMG i didnt know the timeline dates could change :thumbs: ..so mine could get shorter or longer... can anyone tell me why? i thought once u added info it didnt change..oh well im faithfully reading everything i can so im fully ready when my day comes :
