I agree. It annoys me more when someone in real life asks me advice and then decides to skip the K1 visa despite knowing you're not *supposed* to enter on VWP with the intention of marrying and staying... If you're gonna take the short cut, don't bother asking me for advice!!

See that's the problem... we worry about what others are doing.. if they are Smart enough and can get this done.. i say heck go for it.. i would. Immigration isnt a group effort.. it is a case by case basis.. it's US Immigration.. and every one for themselves. Surprised you have not noticed that.

It's a little hard NOT to notice what other people are doing when they are on here asking HOW to do it. If nobody ready anyones posts nothing would get done and nobody would share their experiences with the rest of us. I don't care if they get caught...I hope they DO get caught lol You would be the person that goes flying past me in their car just to get stuck at a red light....try not to get carried away

Sure, and in the meantime, they're violating the immigration laws makes things more strict and difficult for the rest of us. This isn't a case of not using the information available to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. This is a case of people looking for advice or justification to commit immigration fraud. They are more than welcome to "go for it", but if their SO gets denied then they better look in the mirror to start placing the blame.

There will always be those who cheat. Self righteous ranting will not make it better.All fodder for them as they are given more importance. If it really does tick you off, call up your gov't representatives, the media, turn them in yourselves or do something to stop it. Don't create an idle thread on VJ, it just calls for trouble.

I think you are going to be greatly disappointed when you come to the USA. Between the illegals in the USA and the liberals thinking they should be entitled to everything for nothing, this country has become really screwed up. They both are constantly working the system for everything they can take. It is sickening to witness, especially if you are a hard working US citizen like myself that pays his taxes and is willing to donate some of my income to the truly disadvantaged in this country.

Good luck and keep an open mind when you get here or you will be greatly disappointed.

LOL just think of it this way...if we are in such a hurry to get to the desitnation and not looking where we are going or taking shortcuts to get thru red tape faster...we dont get to see the scenery ....sooo all of us doing this the way it's suppsoed to be and waiting and not trying to get around the regulations....we get to see ALL of our road trip

LOL even tho sometimes we may have to make stops along the way or we might get a little nauseous from the drive
