We've thought about sending 4 pictures from each of our trips together. When we'll file our petition, we will have met each other 6 times, from which 4 times were within the past two years. To sum up, there would be 4x6 = 24 photos together.

P.S.: I completely understand you. We have lots of photos too.

G-35 form filled out (one by u..one by him... Birth certificates by u and him.. Copy of passsport pages by u. thats it. Go to example forms.. it really helps. If u play around on this website enough u will learn a lot. I studied everything I could before actually getting started. It's really not that bad once I gained confidence through studying the process.

were in the process of sending off our iv15 and other forms to the london us embassy. it asks for travel date, wedding date and medical date. what should we put if no such plans have been made, as we obviously dont have a medical date anyway yet. any help would be fantastic.

Pay attention to what your package says. Some papers must be sent back to the Consulate completed. But some of them will stay home and you'll take them with you on the day of the interview. It's the only advice I can give you, considering we are about to send the I-129F package.

Maybe someone else should help you, someone going through the same consulate, London.

Good luck!

You should try and contact your embassy, maybe they're slower. Anyway, you have to know what's going on. They must have a phone number that works. It's the only way. So either call them or send them an email. Has the petition been received already by the embassy?

If you have already started a process, add a timeline! Because I can see you don't have one. Help other VJ members.

Okay so I called the National Visa Center this evening and I finally got through to talk to someone (thank God) but they told me that they received the case and it was returned back to the USCIS on June 11,2010....I asked them why but the lady said she doesnt know why it was sent back so I should call the USCIS in the morning and find out what happened to the case...I'm really freaking out now cause I'm not sure whats going on or what to expect.I didnt expect this to happen and now I feel as though it might delay everything...I'm hoping nothing was wrong cause I sent it everything they asked for and they never asked for my evidence....I'm really praying long and hard that in the morning when I call the USCIS I get a answer that I'm satisfied with because right now I feel stressed out!!! :(

I have a question about the Affidavit of Support form. I've never had a job, so I have never filed for taxes before(I was on my parents taxes), but by the time I will need proof of income, I will be having two incomes, and I will be making more than enough so we wont need a co sponsor. So, I'm not sure how to answer the "annual income" question. Should I just add it up myself, or is there other ways besides tax return to show how much I would be making yearly? Also, it would be two different jobs, but at the same company, so it would be two different checks I would be getting, and I'm not sure how I would fill the form out for this.

Thanks

HELLO, I'M FILING FOR A CHANGE IN STATUS FOR MY K-1 FIANCE AND ON FORM I-485 IT ASKS FOR THE VISA NUMBER OF THE K-1 VISA. I'M CONFUSED AS TO WHICH NUMBER IT IS BECAUSE THERE ARE THREE NUMBERS ON THERE THAT ARE NOT REALLY IDENTIFIABLE. ONE IS A CONTROL NUMBER WITH A SERIES OF ZEROS AND ZEROS WITH A SLASH (/) THROUGH THEM. THERE IS ALSO A RED NUMBER BELOW THE ANNOTATION AND A REALLY LONG NUMBER WITH A SERIES OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS AT THE BOTTOM. WHICH ONE IS IT? PLEASE HELP, WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.
