I am in the same situation with you. I sent the package out on Feb 3. Till March 7th from my receipt date, it is 30 days. So I will call tomorrow regarding to my not receiving bio letter.

Congrats that is nice to get everything! We got greencard and welcome letter on the first of April....we got txt on the 5th that EAD card was ordered but up until now we still have not gotten the EAD

I called USCIS yesterday as I still cannot see my case on line. They told me they have a problem with their system, but, "don't worry ma'am, your case is showing in our data base and is being processed. You should expect an answer somewhere in May."

Also, by mistake I told them my maiden name instead of my married name :lol: as I filled out all the forms with my husband's name.

2-7-11 - Day 0 -sent AOS package (concurrent filling)

2-11-11-Day 4 - received text message from USCIS with the receipt number

2-18-2011 - Day 11[/font]- received NOA 1 in mail for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

2-22-2011 -Day 15- received biometrics letter -appt March 14

3-10-2011- still cannot see case online although I called USCIS two days ago

3-14-2011- Day 35- Biometrics done on the appointment day

3-24-2011-Day 45-case showing up online!!!! USCIS mailed on 3-23 my interview appt letter- April 26 is the day!

I did not call yesterday. because I received the biometric letter yesterday afternoon. I tried walk in this morning, luckily, got the fingerprint done today.

I suggested you should call. Because I called on March 3, and was told I need to wait 30 days to call again. When I got the bio letter, I saw the notice date was issued on March 4. I am not sure the call will push the case fast or not.

it looks like USCIS is sending the green card for november filers and EAD for january filers.

the tendancy is 2 month for the EAD and 4 for the green card.

Anyway I've been looking a lot of tineline and it seems there is no rule. Some october files are still waiting there green card (their case is still in CSC).

Also some people had RFE and were approved before some people who havent had. So it is not such a bad thing having a RFE.

The only thing we can do is wait and pray to not be part of USCIS dysfunctional (like the case is somewhere waiting on a desk for too long or having a crazy RFE like a new medical to do because they lost it).

THe only thing we can do is make sure we are on the right line and call or write to the congressman is not.

hi everyone! I'm so happy today! first, I got the email/text notification for receipt of my I-131 which I just sent last 03/03/11. then I called USCIS about my bio appt and case status online. about the case status online, they said they're having problems with it but rest assured my status is moving. then she was very helpful and checked for my biometrics appointment if there's any and then she said that she does see that I'm scheduled for 03/29/2011 and that it just came out 03/09/2011 which is today! so she just asked me to wait for it in the mail. finally, after 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them since I got the NOA's, I can now breathe a little. :D thanks for the words of encouragement guys! seems like everything is working out well after all... looking forward to getting an early bio appt to get things going...

The waiting for the aos process is 'trying' but it's much more bareable then the I-129 K1Visa!!! Positive vibes!!!!

So true. I'm anxious to be done with this process and free to work and travel, but being with our SO while we wait makes it so much easier than waiting for the K1!

Does anybody know where our files are processed? i.e. if our case isn't transferred to CSC, is it processed at our local office or does it remain at the National Benefits Center?

Holy #######! Just got an email stating that we were transferred to California!!!!! I'm so grateful that we didn't get an RFE! (at least not yet anyways)

hi everyone! just wanna give update on my status. last friday, I finally received my biometric appointment letter in the mail which is scheduled for 03/29 but will try my luck tom at Gardena,CA and see if I can get an early walk in. wish me luck! :D yesterday, I got the NOA receipt for my I-131. so far, so good... keeping my fingers crossed still that everything will turn out well.
