It takes about 2 weeks to track... But u can call to ask.

I heard on another thread on here that only 20% of the cases are showing up online, they seem to be having a ton of problems with it....

04/12/09: Case mailed from NVC to Embassy
07/12/09: Embassy mailed Packet 3
06/01/10: Still havent received Packet 3 in the mail
07/01/10: Emailed the embassy and discovered the adress on record is incorrect; Packet 3 was emailed to me as a PDF attachment
22/02/10: Emailed my checklist and DS-230
18/03/10: Medicals
23/03/10: Interview: Approved
25/03/10: Picking up passport
21/09/10: POE NY

01/12/10: Married
07/02/11: Sent out AOS Package
09/02/11: Package received
11/02/11: NOA1 (I-765, I-485, I-131)

Congrats that is nice to get everything! We got greencard and welcome letter on the first of April....we got txt on the 5th that EAD card was ordered but up until now we still have not gotten the EAD

We filed on February 10th, we got email notifications once they rec'd the package on the 15th - Today we rec'd hard copies of the I797 as well as a letter with my biometircs appt. Moving along....yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

We filed on February 10th, we got email notifications once they rec'd the package on the 15th - Today we rec'd hard copies of the I797 as well as a letter with my biometircs appt. Moving along....yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

hey, in your time line I think you made a mistake, it is written that you filed on Feb 10 2010 and not 2011.

Hi!

We got the biometrics letter today. Day 16! The appt is on March 14.

2-7-11 - Day 0 -sent AOS package (concurrent filling)

2-11-11-Day 4 - received text message from USCIS with the receipt number

2-18-2011 - Day 11[/font]- received NOA 1 in mail for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

2-22-2011 -Day 15- received biometrics letter -appt March 14

3-10-2011- still cannot see case online although I called USCIS two days ago

3-14-2011- Day 35- Biometrics done on the appointment day

3-24-2011-Day 45-case showing up online!!!! USCIS mailed on 3-23 my interview appt letter- April 26 is the day!

3-26-2011-Day 48-Received interview appt letter

4-1-2011-Day 59- USCIS mailed I-131 approval and ordered production of my new card (I assume the combined EAD/AP)

4-11-2012-Day 69- received EAd&AP combo in mail! Bad picture!

4-26-2011-Day 84-APPROVED!!! Card production ordered!

4-30-2011-Day 88-Welcome to America letter received

5-4-2011-Day 92 - received green card in mail (8 days after the interview) - it is kinda green!!!!

Our AOS journey (Husband has expired visitor visa/ wife is USC)

02.07.2011- (DAY 1) Shipped out package via FED-EX

02.09.2011- (DAY 3) FED-EX confirmed delivery

02.14.2011- (DAY 8) Received email and texts of acceptance

02.14.2011- (DAY 8) Checks cashed

02.18.2011- (DAY 12) Received NOA's for I-130,I-485, & I-765

02.22.2011- (DAY 16) Received Biometrics Appt. for March 15th

03.15.2011- (DAY 37) Biometrics Appt.

03.30.2011- (DAY 52) Text/email saying Interview letter was out today for Appt. date for May 5th!!!

03.31.2011- (DAY 53) Faxed letter to congressman to request Expedite EAD

04.01.2011- (DAY 54) Received appt. letter in mail

04.06.2011- (DAY 59) Text/email that EAD is in production & congressman's office called to let us know it was approved!!

04.11.2011- (DAY 64) Text/email that EAD is Approved..?? what

04.12.2011- (DAY 65) Text/email that EAD is Approved and in production again.... hmmm??

04.16.2011- (DAY 69) Received EAD in the mail!!!!!

04.18.2011- (DAY 71) Applied for ssn

04.22.2011- (DAY 75) Recieved SSN Card!

05.05.2011- (DAY 88) Interview in Baltimore, MD <--- APPROVED!

05.14.2011- (DAY 97) Recieved "Welcome" Letter

05.16.2011- (DAY 99) Recieved text/email that GC is on its way!!

05.19.2011- (DAY 102) Green card received!!!! YAYAYYYY

Congrats everyone! It's been almost a week since we sent ours out, hoping for confirmation (email/text NOA) this week that they got it and it's all good. I've been checking my phone and email every hour or so just to make sure I don't miss anything, but so far no luck.

Hi! We're officially joining the Feb11 filers. Sent our package of AOS, EAD and AP in yesterday.

Had already sent it on the 8th but appearantly USPS's address labeling program changed the address of where the letter went so it was returned as undeliverable since it put a non-existing address on instead of USCIS's which I put on. Extremely annoying as that means receiving EAD 2 weeks later. Thank you USPS for that. And they did it again yesterday, changed the zip-code to something different. They need to re-write that program, mess

Timeline---

Feb 14 - sent packet thru fedex

Feb 15 - uscis received date

Feb 18 - email & txt received it also say's in the NOA the notice date

Feb 22 - NOA I-797C hard copy received thru mail
