I received four text messages today at 3 PM informing me that my application was received. Each text had a slightly different receipt number (just the last 2 digits were different). They also said that the I 797 is to follow in the mail.

how do i subscribe to the text notifications?

Hi!

When you send your forms, you need to attach form G 1145 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-1145.pdf, or e-notification of application, to each form you send in the AOS package. I don't really know if there is a way to subscribe to text notification post-sending the package.

Hi, all!

I think Viv got... six. Three different receipt numbers (I'm guessing one for the I-485, one for the EAD, one for the AP) and each message came twice.

If this is supposed to go in our timeline, I will have to ask her what day they came.

sent my AOS last feb 1..and got 4 sms from them last week..wednesday i think..

i try not to really think about it..but..im with you guys..

and the waiting game is on..

but i really hope all of us will get a speedy process..

we filed Feb. 7th!! i feel such a relief to have the package mailed off..... we worked on it for months

we are both just waiting... hoping everything goes well

timeline so far:

FEB '11

-2/7 shipped out package via FED-EX

-2/9 FED-EX confirmed delivery

-2/14 Received email and texts of acceptance

-2/14 Checks cashed

Hi everyone! I was able to receive an email from uscis telling that my case was sent to NBC... Did anyone got the same case?! I was able to submit my AOS packet and they got it Feb 15 it is AOS thru family based petition. Thanks!

yes I got the same, I think it's normal, it should be for the AP and the EAD.

I just got my SSN card on wednesday and my bio appointment letter yesterday, things seem to go in the normal way that is positive!

I guess this is the thread for me! Sent in the AOS on February 16th priority and was delivered on February 18th. Now just waiting for the text that it was received and the NOAs.

It takes about 2 weeks to track... But u can call to ask.

I heard on another thread on here that only 20% of the cases are showing up online, they seem to be having a ton of problems with it....

Two weeks since they received your package or since they sent NOA1? I cannot find my case on uscis website, either. It would be nice, but I am not worried since I got NOA1.
