This is getting ridiculous. I don't know what else to do. I've called them, wrote them, contacted my congressman, Nothing. What else can I do. People got their NOA2 before me, whom filed after me. Why is mine taking so long? And my fiance is getting impatient now... I mean who do these people think they are? God? They decide who comes and who don't... I'm just getting very frustrated.!

What else can I do?

My NOA 1 date is 7/29. I just got back last night visiting my fiancee for two weeks and contacted sentor's office just before i left as it was the 5 month mark. USCIS sent a letter to senators office saying that it is still within their processing time and asked to contact them in 2 weeks later as they are processing application received on 7/16. Mine is 7/26. Now i am shooting towards early february.

oh wow, thts must be so discouraging, but stay strong. I would try to call them as often to get attention of someone like a supervisor.

I wish they ll process your petition asap, once that done your fiance should be fine with the consulate (relatively easy one).

They have to be awoken by the number of people who reached 5 months!! Good luck !

How true or not it is, USCIS has been claiming to people who call now that they are working on July 24 etc. So...hopefully you get yours soon.

VSC, in my opinion, needs to send overdue K-1s to CSC to process since they obviously do not have the ability to keep up. Looking at how CSC is pumping them out, they could pump out all overdue VSC and still keep themselves on track.

what news from an ISO ?

http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5

Don't need a service request, with an ISO, to get status -

but

you do need to reach an ISO, to inquire for status.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

This is getting very frustrating to me also, I filed in August and have heard absolutely nothing. And it is very expensive for me to keep flying to Jamaica once a month to visit my fiance, but I miss him so much, that I cannot help it, I really thought he would have been here for my birthday 2 weeks ago, but the way its going he might might not be here until his birthday in June.

I am feeling your pain. I filed June 15, 2010 and nothing. I have called everyone under the sun, wrote and emailed as well. USCIS told the senator in 30 days I will hear something. USCIS then turned around and told me it would be within 45 days before they make a decision. On Thursday January 27, 2011 it will be 45 days, and as of this very moment.. I still have not heard anything. It very frustrating, it tries on your relationship. And I hate it. USCIS does this because they can, no matter who you talk to there is no one with real authority over them that us little people can speak to so they continue to walk all over us, and we take it because we are desperate to have our loved ones with us. It BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!
