I dont care who issues the Visa

K-3 dont work and take long and cost more money an so

What you NEXT COMMENT ? ? ?

WHo cares

WHy would any stupid operson suggest oir give anybody the

reason to file a I-129 or I-130 here to make them spend

more money.

WHo care if you still want to do a K-3 go ahead who CARES

CR-1 are the correct way to file and so what.

If you dont like my comment ..."""SO WHAT """ or any of you others.

I dont care if you all dont have an attorney or not maybe your to

cheap to get one. Becasue you think your know it all and dont need one

But who to say any body wont need.

Better to safe and not depend on what if everybodys saying dont trust mine or

anybody else comments on the site..,IF YOUR ALL NOT ATTORNIES.

IF everybody a " Know it all""" than dont get a attorney, but its your choice if

your to cheap and cant afford one. TO EACH HIS OWN BUT IF EVERRYBODIES TO

CHEAP ITS YOUR CHOICE.

I REALLY DOINT CARE WHAT TRAIL YOU TAKE, BETTER BE PRPARED & HAVE ONE

THAN DEPENDING ON ALL THE ATTORNIES WHO KNOW IT ALL HERE.

I have a right to my comment also, just like you ""SO CALLED"" Certified Attorney

here who think you know it all.

And by the way I already gone thru this process 10 years ago

Last my other wife died of cancer.

So I found another wife and doing the process again, so dont think i dont have any

experience, like all you have doing it only the first time around NOW in your life.

SO I dont really care what you say, DO it your way I care less how much you pay and wait

IT the price of gouing through the process. IF you cry nothing happening file and complaint

to your Senator or Congressman thats what they get paid for.

Dont cry and complain here about it. It goes with the process and if you cant take it dont

complain about it.

So say anything you want to me I care less really !

Since you all think you know it all take the BAR test

and be an attorney here than WHOI REALLY CARE WHAT YOUR COMMENTS ARE ANYWAY TOO!

Everybody has a right to what they say. I get much money from the VA and SSA

I paid my dues in the War and I can afford it what ever i want and my income

in life for all my work. Now i get to take it easy and enjoy life.

It why all you are crying im Im over here in the Ukraine living until i bring my wife

I can be with her, all the way through the process.

SO you all have yur cake and eat it to.

WHO care the time it take im still with my love one all the time, now until she come here

ARE YOU ALL WITH YOUR LOVE ONES NOW

OR complaining why your still waiting to many months

I can wait until where ever time it take

I'm with my wife ! ! ! Are you with yours ? ?

If you still in the process ?

Good Luck

That you do not care about being factual or accurate is self-evident.

My wife has been in the USA several years. K3 is dead but you posted a false statement about it. Please take care to be factual or read and learn instead of posting false statements.

You should really calm down a bit!!

As you say each to their own, but banging on about lawyers/attorneys being such a godsend for even the simplest of cases is a little strong. Yes, we could be called cheap - as you so eloquently put it, for not spending copious amounts on legal fees OR you could look at it another way and say that people that choose to go it alone, with the help of this board have more intelligence in the fact that they have the confidence to complete the procedure, and arent gullible enough to hand money over to lawyers unnecessarily!

You should be able to take ctiticism, without making personal digs, and getting over-emotional, on here. personally, I know Ive answered incorrectly in situations, but can hold my hand up and say I was incorrect, and respond in the correct and courteous manner.

Id also like to think Ive helped some on here, with my experience, whether theyve chosen to use a lawyer or not. Thats up to them. I certainly wouldnt call someone cheap for not using one. Lawyers can be reasonably priced, or very expensive. Not everybody has that luxury. And, that is part of the reason that this board has thrived.

I hope you get your approval soon, having faith in your attourney is great, I just hope he is correct in his estimations for you.

And I too appologize too and may have also, but i already been here done that 10 years ago,

So i can say some experiwnce stands for something I already done in the past.

As far as the Post go your right everybody take it in stride. Im with my wife until i bring

her, not all can do that. So I have the Luxury of being able to do that.

Yes Attornies could make a mistake but less likely they dont, just like any one of you do it

all the time that why this site here for those who dont use attornies and make the mistakes.

In the end the purpose is to obtain your VISA and bring your spouse.

Yes many have the funds to use attornies and other dont. It happens I make 6k monthly tax free

retired from the Military and get a VA pension and SS also. So I guess im lucky to have the funds to

do more and leave the stress up to the attorney not me. Yes your right some do some dont.

For me I'm here to pass on the experience I already had 10 years ago.

Many are just going through it now. Anyway

Good LUCK

As my attorney said I will be approved very shortly and I hope that all others do also.

That you do not care about being factual or accurate is self-evident.

My wife has been in the USA several years. K3 is dead but you posted a false statement about it. Please take care to be factual or read and learn instead of posting false statements.

Well who would be stupid enough to do a K-3 and pay $1000

When I paid $355 to do mine CR-1

If anybody know the K-3 were done with why would anybody be

asking to do it. Check the new law and see if you know it than

TERMINATED FEB 2010.

If they are still doing them...why do they terminate after I-130 & I-129

end and become dead.

WHY do them than.. If they replace the K-3 with a CR-1/IR-1

why would any body want to do and spend more money and take

longer to do them ? ? ?

If they are administravitly done doing them than they must not complete

processing them all the way through the K-3 process.

And its all part of the same government who issues the Visa

USCIS state department, NVC ..it the same USCIS government so who cares

which department issues them. Its still THE US GOVERNMENT and USCIS

all the same they work together just a different part of the government.

so who cares WHO DOES IT ? ? ?

all the people want here is their Visa to enter the country, they dont

really care who issues it... only you do.

Maybe you need to state the actual statue of the USCIS law to make it

more clear for us to know. Nobody cares who issues it just that we

get the VISA.

that still doesn't explain how ####### it must feel to brag about how you got yourself a lawyer and still end up stuck with everyone else that got transferred.

so how far exactly did it get you from everyone else who is stuck? oh that's right... not any further.

i've been living here with my wife for the past 3 years. i just chimed in because i find it amusing how you always stand on a soapbox and yell to anybody who would care that you know everything and that you have money to spend on a lawyer...

are an expert now on Manila Embassy? did your lawyer tell you that as a fact?

and what's this whole "i will be done and she will be here" business? i thought you were already with your wife?

actually the manila embassy is not as bad as other i think we are down to a one month wait on visa interviews and as long as you have your proof and actually have everything you are supposed to have it is pretty easy. The only thing I have heard of them changing is the fees. But k-3 is administratively closed last year sometime and they kill it at nvc. My lawyer agency is one of the ones trying to fight this in court so maybe this is a turn about for this fight many have taken up. But with the faster turn arounds on majority of cr/ir's i do not see a point. used to take a year to a year and a half now they cut it to around 8 months for most. Even though i did get a lawyer this site has helped a lot in my understanding of teh process and been a valuable tool in what to expect after she gets here and giving me the knowledge to just wait the extra month or two after her probable acceptance so we get ir instead of cr save some money in the long run and hassle of aos.

You really need to calm down. You are entitled to give the OP your opinion, as is everyone else here. The mistake you make is that you state your opinion as FACT. Clearly distinguish between the two so as not to confuse the OP further.

There is also no need to make digs at other people here on the site. You are one of the lucky ones who can afford to be with your wife during this long and arduous process, so count yourself lucky, and have sympathy for us out there who are just muddling through this confusing process while separated, and trying to find some level of comfort on VJ. You are single-handidly making this site an unpleasant place to be at times.

There actually is another more fruitful use of the K-3, and i am wondering if it is also dead.

Once you have your NOA1 in hand, you can submit an I-129f for FREE and when it is approved (at least in the past), your spouse could come to the US, live here unimpeded, travel at will, and if I recall, even get a job. Now, almost certainly the CR-1/IR-1 will complete long before you would get the go ahead for AOS with the K-3, so your spouse would simply go back to their home country for the consular interview, and you would cancel teh K-3 process.

Simple.

Clean.

Together.

Humane.

Is all that dead as well ????

Please no ranting--seriously--this is what we had planned when we get NOA1 in a week or two--is this a non starter as well ???

Your information is a few years out of date and indicates you haven't read or paid attention to what's already been discussed in this thread. In the present tense, the K3 and K4 visa are simply no longer available.
