I'm heartbroken. I don't know what happened. He called it off, says he doesn't want to be with me. Maybe he never loved me, but I sure loved him. My life feels like it's in complete shambles. I wish I could just wake up and this would all have been a bad dream. But unfortunately it's not.

I need to know what I have to do to close my k-1 petition. It's still at VSC waiting to be adjudicated. Please tell me I don't have to wait for my NOA2. I don't think I could stand to see it in the mailbox after all this heartbreak.

Simply call USCIS to find out the procedure, you may have to send a letter with your NOA-1 indicating you want it closed

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

I think two of you just need to sit down and talk about it before making a final decision. Every relationship has its own ups and downs. True love can stand the test of time and even distance. You know each other since you were young and I'm sure you know each other very well. If its unreconcileable then just move on and look forward to the future. I am glad you found this out before marrying him. Sometimes it is hard to tell when you don't have that face time with a person, like you do in most relationships. Long distance is hard, and it is extremely hard to know what the other person is thinking. Be glad that you are no longer with someone who would just end the relationship without trying to make it work. Marriage takes work, and if he bails at the first sign of distress or insecurity, he is not worth your time. You will get through this in time, and find someone so much better for you. Best of luck in your journey, and keep your head up! He is not worth it!

Oh no Amy :( I can not beleive it. :(

Guess what? On Saturday, I had a small argument with my fiancee and she told to stop talking to her. She meant it as in Final Notice. I guess I will need to do the same. Close my petition :(
