  1. Hi, I'm trying to fill out the N-600 Application for my daughter and I'm trying to figure out what question 6 means. Part 6. Physical Presence in the United States From Birth Until Filing of Form N-600 Item Numbers 1. - 2. Physical Presence. If you were born outside the United States and claim to have been born a U.S. citizen, you are required to provide all the dates when your U.S. citizen biological father or U.S. citizen biological mother resided in the United States. Include all dates from your birth until the date you file your Form N-600. Q1: Do traveling outside the US count as non-resident of the US? For example. I lived in the US since 2012 until now and I traveled for a month from 01/01/2013 to 02/01/2013...Does that mean that I need to provide that period as I wasn't a resident of the US? Q2: It's asking to include all the dates from my daughter's birth. Does that mean that I only need to provide the dates I was in the US to now or Will i still need to provide the dates I resided in the US prior to her birth?
