I wanna just ask everybody here a simple question about if all ur petitions were touched on Saturday,September 3rd 2010 ? for our case its now over 2months after we received the NOA1 then it seams normal to be touched after all this time but if all old and new Petitions were Touched then its just a change in the whole System of USCIS .

Thanks in Advance to all Responses.

From what I can see it isn't all the petitions in the USCIS, it's specifically the Vermont Service Center. I haven't seen the same thing out of California.

Aww, I think this board really serves as a comforting element as we wait it out - whether at one center or the other. No faults to those working through our applications - I'm sure it's draining work with little reward. I'm sure we can all identify with our respective jobs (I'm a teacher, and with the constant flow of kids, it's hard to savor what you're actually doing from moment to moment). I hope that these touches mean that they're following in an orderly structure and those waiting get some relief soon. =) God Bless

Well, yes, I've seen I-129F and I-130 have been all touched, but just those from VSC. CSC is still sleepy. Maybe they've started working on them and we will all be blessed with our most wanted NOA2? I wish... :D Anyway, something's happening.

@Jereremy: Oh, that was a good one, a "touch" from our loved ones. :P:dance:

27 NOV 2019 - I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

23 MAR 2020 - NOA2
