09/03/2010 - NOA1

02/02/2011 - NOA2 text message and an email (~5 months later)

04/26/2011 - Interview! Visa APPROVED and issued! yAAAy

05/20/2011 - POE: LAX

06/03/2011 - Wedding!!

07/07/2011 - Adilet got his SSN!

07/11/2011 - Sent our AOS package (AOS & EAD)

07/13/2011 - NOA1 text message and an email

08/09/2011 - Biometrics taken

09/01/2011 - Email notification that our interview is set for October 14.

09/23/2011 - Email notification that Adilet's EAD is in production.

10/04/2011 - EAD in hands.

10/14/2011 - Interview. GC APPROVED on the spot! Yeah!

11/01/2011 - GC in hands

I know! It's so disappointing to see that so no visas were processed yesterday! I hope the people just didn't update, or that they approved a ton but none of those people are members of VJ! SOOOOO CLOOOOOSSSSEEEEE

9/24- I-129F received by CSC

9/27 NOA1 received in mail

9/28- Check Cashed

10/1- touched

2/23- RFE email

2/28- RFE hardcopy

3/7- NOA2!!!!!

3/28- Interview! APPROVED!

4/7 - Jimmy arrives in the USA!

It could just be that no VJ'ers were approved, but that doesn't mean that nobody was. Remember that VJ'ers are only a tiny percentage of overall filers.

09/01/2010 - Lawyer sent package to Texas Lockbox

09/13/2010 - Email saying package has been routed to CSC

09/13/2010 - NOA1 issued

09/18/2010 - NOA1 paper copy

09/27/2010 - Touch

02/01/2011 - NOA2 issued

02/10/2011 - Case arrived at NVC

02/11/2011 - Case left NVC, headed to London!

02/15/2011 - Medical - passed with no problems

02/18/2011 - Case logged at Embassy, packet 3 letter sent out

02/18/2011 - MRV fee paid via phone

02/19/2011 - Packet 3 forms sent to embassy

02/22/2011 - Packet 3 forms arrived at embassy

02/24/2011 - Packet 3 letter arrived

03/01/2011 - Called DOS and got interview date: March 14th!

03/05/2011 - Packet 4 (interview letter) arrived

03/14/2011 - Interview - Approved!

03/16/2011 - Visa arrived! Two days after interview!!!

03/19/2011 - Flew to USA! POE: Seattle, WA

04/27/2011 - Interview - Approved!

05/09/2011 - Visa Received

I didnt see any touch after 9/13/2010 em so tense. can aboybody tell whats wrong... is this norman i have filed my petition on 1/9/2010 touched 9/12/2010 and 9/13/2010 after that a long deep silence. I am trying to be patient but its v hard...plzzz help

It is normal. I haven't seen a touch since 9/27.

It looks like September filers are starting to trickle through - there have been two on Igor's list this week. Our time is coming :)

Congrats to everyone on your engagements!

Looks like everyone is getting NOA2 a couple days before 5 months mark to a couple days after. Does everyone agree? So we should be getting it next month (Feb) around the day it was filed in September?
