HELLO TO ALL, AND THANKS FOR BEING HERE...I'M A USC IN FLORIDA, MY HUSBAND IS IN TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS, WHERE WE MET IN MAY 2006 AND MARRIED IN OCTOBER 2006, WHILE I WAS A TOURIST THERE. I JUST RETURNED TO FLORIDA IN FEBRUARY 2006 TO FILE THE I130 AND TRY TO FINANCIALLY SUSTAIN US THRU THIS PROCCESS. I INTEND TO FILE I129F AS SOON AS I RECIEVE THE NOA FROM TSC.

I LOOK FORWARD TO ALL EMAILS AND DISCUSSIONS WITH YOU ALL, TECHNICAL AND EMOTIONAL ALL WELCOME!

I KNOW ONLY WHAT I'VE READ HERE AND THERE ON VARIOUS FORUMS OVER THE LAST 9 MONTHS AS WE PREPARED TO START THIS PROCESS. I AM VERY CONFUSED, LONELY AND DISHEARTENED BY THE LENGHTY TIMES I SEE PEOPLE WAITING FOR UNIFICATION WITH THEIR LOVED ONES. I WISH EVERYONE A SPEEDY AND HAPPY RE-UNION.

Hello there, welcome to VJ you will find a wealth of information on this site and the people are so helpful, I know I found the process hard but being amongst people going through the same thing that can answer my questions and also make me laugh at the same time certainly made the time I waited so much better.

Hello "Muy Solo" , Welcome to VJ. If it wasn't for this site , I've would of been paying hundreds of dollars to a lawyer. I'm a Floridian as well (Miami) and recently received the NOA-1 and immediately sent the I-129F petition for K-3 visa. Your I-130 will be sent to CSC and in approximately 2 weeks from the time you sent your petition you will received your NOA-1.

There is lots of information on this site , take advantage and if you have any questions , don't hesitate and ask.

Welcome to VJ! I haven't started the process yet, but have gotten plenty of good advice from here. If it weren't for the lovely people that have made me feel welcome on here, I would still be wondering how do I get my soon to be husband to America?? lol. Yes some time frames are longer, some shorter. Don't be discouraged by that though. I know it is easier said than done, but remember, good things really do come to those who wait. You will find a lot of support on this site. Good luck with your personal journey and god speed.

Welcome to this site, i think there is so much good information on this site. I was so nervous about the whole process, but this site breaks it down and makes it simple. Plus you save money that you would spend on lawyers who themselves have no power over the consulates outside the US. Of course lawyer is recommended in complicated cases.
