Case touched on 06/26. Hoping for a decision soon. God help me.

They have touched my and Mr.2100's case on 6/26. My guess is it may be an automatic action, doesn't necessary mean any actual progress. I may be wrong. Does anybody have more knowledge about "touching case"?

i751,

All that i can think of is that someone is looking into our case now. There is some movement in the case. We can hear anything anyday. Just hang in there and keep your fingers crossed and pray to God.

Dear iamwhatiam80,

You will be OK. Believe things will work out for you because right now, it's not in your hands. So, be positive! Looking forward to seeing you get your approval!

Nope, I put in a service request last week because I haven't received a bio appointment, a LUD, or any other updates. I was kind of hoping this would be a smooth and painless process, but I guess not...

Yes, that is rather odd that you haven't received a biometrics appointment yet looking at your timeline. Good thing you made a service request. I'm so sorry for your loss and I know you will get your 10-year greencard soon. Hang in there. B-)

@I-751, yeah hang in there. It's coming for you! The greencard, that is! :star:
