it could very likely be mentioned... it must be noted on the forms if you are filing another k1

It is required that you disclose this informaition in Part A, Question 11 of the I-129F when you filed this second time.

It is expected that your Fiance would be aware of all information that appears on this petition and is prepared to answer questions regarding that information. You should tell your fiance and make sure he is prepared to answer any questions that arise in the interview.

Correct. Check your copy of the petition and see how you answered #11 on your side of the I-129F page 1. If you said "No" instead of yes, not only do you need to tell your fiance the truth but they need to be prepared to give your explanation of why you lied on an official immigration form.

Good, then follow the guides and make sure your fiance has a copy of everything you sent with the petition and prepare him to answer any and all questions about your life, past, family and work.

I was asked about my previous K-1 from 2005.

My fiancee was asked if she knew about it and the circumstances.

I was also asked about my finacee's 2008 K-1 and the circumstances.

Likely the question will arise for both of you.

It VERY LIKELY will be mentioned and if his reaction is "WHAT?????????????" that would not be a good thing. It does not go far to demonstrate a legitimate relationship.

The interviewers premise is that they never ask questions which would not be easily answered by a couple in a legitimate relationship. They are also known for NOT putting you in the best light.

You didn't tell him because you are not secure enough in your relationship to think he can handle knowing you cared about someone else before. I do not know what his reaction to this would be...MINE would be, "Oh well, it was before you knew me and knew what you were missing out on, I really don't care how many idiots you had to wade through to get to a good guy like me. In fact. the more you dumped before keeping me is a compliment to me" Of course, if you were with me, you would know that and never be uncomfortable to say so. Go figure.

At any rate, NOTHING will be better if he finds out about it from the interviewing officer at his interview.
