been waiting almost 2 years for I130 petition to be approved??

i need help!!! if anybody can help me or tell me what should i do, i would really appreciate it. i filed an i130 application on october 30, 2008 for my wife and since then i have not gotten an approval. what is going on?

you should have contacted the USCIS a long time ago to find out what's going on. did you get an NOA1?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

my check was cashed i received NOA1 but still waiting for NOA2 ever since???

i call them almost everyday and i received NOA1 but for some reason my case still pending since october 2008.

i got NOA1 and been waiting for NOA2 ever since october 30, 2008.

I am the same shose, and real frustrating.

I am an American citizen.

I filed a petition I-130 on behalf of my wife With USCIS VSC on December 12, 2008,follow by I-129F on Dec29,2008.

My wife residing in out side of USA, and we been going trough with this frustration and waiting all this time for an aanswer from USCIS-VSC.

Me and my wife were married in 2005.

The case statues on USCIS web sit showing INITIAL REVIEW.

I had attempt all my resources such info pass, CIS Ombudsman, Congress and Representative inquiry, calling USCIS phone customer service several times, and always the answer was your case is pending or it is going trough security Check, twice they send me letter that wait 6 months and call back, which I did and told to wait again.

It has been 17 months since I had file I-130, and no resolution as of yet.

if by any chance you get any info. , please let me know and I do the same.
