I received an email today and a text the out petition was approved yahooo there is a GOD. I will update my timeline wow so great to say that.....Approved in 5months 1 week and 1 day

I have a question guys...I filed i130 and K-3 visa at the same time. I got an email last night at 2 am stating that they need more evidence for the k-3 visa but my i130 is still pending. Do you know if both applications are processed by the same officer?? I am confused

Congratulations to all who have been approved!!!! Unfortunetly, I am still one of those who is still waiting for the NOA2. My receipt date is April 9th so i am way overdue I have called USCIS and they have told me the same thing they tell everybody else but I cant help and think that my case may have to go through an extensive background check due to my husband is from Juarez Mexico which is the most dangerous city in world right now. The USA government wants to make sure the wrong people dont get inside our borders. What do you guys think...could this be the cause of the delay??

"THEM" IS PLURAL AND ONE PERSON SAID THAT. I DIDNT GET THAT PART OF APRILS HAVENT BOTHERED TO FILL THE TIMELINE, CUS I SAW MOST OF APRILS HAVE FILLED THEIR TIMELINES THATS HOW WE KNOW 51% HAS BEEN COMPLETED, SO DO NOT GENERALIZE!!!!!!!!! IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THEIR NAMES SO WE KNOW THEY ARE NOT WAITING ANYMORE AND IN MY CASE I AM A MAY EARLIER FILER HAVE A STIMATE WHEN I WILL GET MY NOA2......
