No sweety, actually it got touched the next day on the 27th. I just don't add my touches to my timeline, just the big stuff :P. Hopefully you get something soon, you have your Bio letter with the stamp as proof you got it done, right? The officer stamped and dated ours for our records.

03/26/2010: Got married at the Masjid :P

04/19/2010: Finished with Civil Surgeon form

04/26/2010: I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

4/29/2010: Package recieved; delivery confirmation USPS :)(Day 1)

5/6/2010: Checks cashed! (Day 7)

5/10/2010 Hard copy NOA's on my son's b-day :)(Day 11)

5/15/2010 Biometrics letter (7-7), found out we are pregnant :)(Day 16)

I M JUST SO SICK OF THEM AND THEIR MISTAKES

THE FIRST RFE THEY SENT ME WS BY MISTAKE COZ EVEN THO THEY APPEAR TO HAVE HAD SOME TYPE OF EDUCATION THEY ARE STUPID ENOUGH NOT TO ###### READ THE PAPER THU

THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE PEOPLE S LIVES HERE!

THEN THEY SENT MY CASE TO THE WRONG PLACE (IT WS SUPPOSED TO BE IN NEBRASKA FOR MILITARY) ...

NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT THE RFE IS ABOUT ..IM SICK AND TIRED BECAUSE IT IS BEING SENT FROM A PO BOX N IT TAKES ABOUT A WEEK TO BE SENT BCK TO THEM

IM TIRED N TIRED...THE MONEY WS A STRUGGLE, THE VACCINATIONS WS A STRUGGLE, AND NOW EVERYTHING IS GOING WRONG

I ERASED MY CASES, I DONT WANT AN UPDATE ANYMORE I DONT WANNA KNOW REALLY #### THEM....I M TIRED...MY LIFE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS HARD UNTIL I GOT TO THE US.!AHHHHHHHHHHHH lemme go read a book or something or jose cuervo!

It really is... They have been slacking big time and without a real cause. It sucks- if you hasten the EAD, you risk delaying the GC whereas if u dont, we wait longer to help contributing to our spouses... Very little we can do

Hey hun, you are almost done. This RFE is a pain in the @$$, yes, but you are all done but the interview. Biometrics is done. I am sure it is nothing MAJOR. You are right, these are ppl's lives. Having your happiness in someone elses hands SUCKS!

As for me I never check the site, I don't know what is coming. The only reason I checked after the Biometrics was due to the fact we did a walk-in. I was nervous about them screwing something up since we had 2 biometric letters (identical)

Just breath and enjoy the time you have with your family. You know that everything is legit and I am sure you have things in order. Anything they need though a total pain, you will gather in no time.

Yeah... who knows what they are doing there?! I know my interview will be delayed because of ead, there is no doubt. But I can't wait to start working.

How are you feeling? Are your kids excited about baby coming?

05/24/10- Expedite EAD request through USCIS

05/25/10-I485 & I765 touched :)

05/25/10- Email from CRIS requesting extra documents for expedite to be faxed

05/25/10- Faxed evidence, including support letter from congressman (28 pages)

05/26/10- Email from CRIS thy recieved and are reviewing expedite evidence

05/26/10- @8:15pm- email that EAD card production ordered!!! AP also approved today! Yay!

05/27/10 I765 & I131 touched!

06/01/10- Recieved our Advance Parole...but where's our EAD card!!!

06/04/10-EAD sent in the mail!!

06/10/2010- AOS Interview letter recieved!! wow! 7/14/2010-oops! hehe
