I can honestly say that Joel has gotten more romantic since he came home and we got married. There wasn't a whole lot he could do from 2600 miles away, yanno? It's just those little things that endear him to me even more. *sigh* :wub:

I think I am a mix of both. I mean I am defintly modern day, but who doesn't like to be woo'ed? My fiance is very romantic and always thinking of me which is something I have never experienced. YES, he did have to ask my father's permission but our dates were not supervised. :whistle:

Anyhoo...I mean for a guy thats on the other side of the world, he sends me stuff all the time. I think the most romantic was recently, he sent me a box of beauty products from the Dead Sea in Jordan. I mean moisturizers and mud masks. It was so cute when he called me from the store and asked me what kind of skin I had :lol: The other very romantic thing he did was take our "home video's of the engagement party to a videographer and have them edited and added music to them, it was quite nice. :luv:
