Embassy Review : samir had an appointment at 11 am and we had all of our documents ready. Samir was interviewed by two algerian women and an american man. They asked him typical questions like what was my birthday and my address and what i did for a living.they said they were very surprised at his english skills and that he spoke american english so well. They said he had to go get a stamp on his passport that he was missing but took his fingerprints and kept all the documents. Samir asked if everything was ok and they said yes. the next day Samir fixed his passport and then the day after returned to Algiers to leave it at the embassy. they said they would call when the passport was ready to be picked up. they sent me an email saying it would be at the most 15 days. Samir said they were very nice to him and very helpful. They have always answered my emails very promptly and have been friendly to me whenever i have had to call there.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
