What are the ramifications and/or legalities involved if a K1 Beneficiary is being pressure [extortion $$] by the petitioner?

More info needed. Is the beneficiary in the US? Have they married and adjusted status? What extortion are you talking about?

If the AOS has not been process not sure if she has any benefits here.. It would be best for her to consult an attorney, but at the same talking, would she be able to do something when she is not really done/comply with all the legal process as of yet?

however, it is horrible to know someone will lie and bring someone, specially a women, from their homeland to this country with the sole intentions of earn money from her...

If this is the case, then she can make a VAWA claim. (Petitioner using the immigration process for some sort of gain)

Suggest she contact a shelter for women in her area, and they can provide assistance (legal/immigration)

extortion. can be sued for it. Might be a federal case, maybe a local district case -depends on what the modalities are.

Petitioner can be arrested for it (call the FBI and the local cops )

If the lass needs protection - contact Catholic Charities immediately - they can make the referrals she needs.

Yes, it is really sad how manipulative people can be, especially when the person has fallen in love and left everything behind for a dream which was a lie from the get go. Now she is in a foreign country with no family, no money and just the manipulative intentions of an individual

Even if she WAS to pay, there's no guarantee that it would be approved as a bonafide relationship.

I suggest she seeks assistance ASAP, or just goes home. If I was given the choice I would choose home and try to find love again.

AGREED!! They def. need to get in-touch with a shelter / social services to obtain safe housing and possible assistance w/free legal information.

Um, do you mean that the petitioner is expecting the beneficiary to share the expenses of AOS or are you talking about something else? Because there is a big difference. AOS is pretty expensive at $1010, so the beneficiary better be helping out with that. If you are talking about something else, then you do have some sort of fraud or extortion going on.

It seems the beneficiary is the victim here, what would she be hidding.. But, you just never know..
