Dude, where did you get that awesome spreadsheet? I am envious of that spreadsheet!!!!

The info for the spreadsheet was gotten right here on VJ. See the above "Immigration Timeline" and then select the drop down for "Visa Timelines" and then "K1 Visas". This is a great utility to query the timelines that we all are using here. (That's one reason it's important to keep these updated.)

For my spreadsheet, I did that query and then just cut and pasted the information into Excel, created an image file of that and put it at a personal web site that I could reference for my post here.

Did I really see NOA1 from June there???

I noticed that and wonder if these were people that might have applied for that special request to have the application expedited. I did not meet the requirements to expedite so mine was just "normal".

Here's hoping the flood gates open and we all get good news.

If I remember correctly accourding to they're timeline, they originally submitted it in June.

The approvals for JUNE NOA1s' are NOT RECALLED PETITIONS> RECALLS are basically being ignored. This is what is so agonizingly frustrating. I even have in my hot little hand a letter from NVC from last April 14 saying my approved petition has a PRIORITY DATE of March 6, 2006. Apparently this means diddly or less. Somebody at CSC, please look behind your desk and see if my file slid down there. I don't know how much more I can take. I may have to quit looking at this website. With every new approval for a petition that was just submitted in May or June, I feel the knife in my heart twist a little harder. Congratuations to all of you who have made it this far though. I hope another new law doesn't pop up , i.e. "Son of Imbra" that will yank all of your cherished petitions away. It is really almost beyond what a person can bear.

I did not know you could make a request to have your case expedited ... how does one apply and what is the criteria? Hardship, or the like??

I believe the case is expedited because the case was approved, and recalled. Basically they screwed up the process and the cases that were approved should all be reapproved *very* quickly. They should never have done such a cruel thing to anyone to start with - but that is just my opinion.
