Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On September 11, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I just got approved for my NOA2!!!!!!!! I can't believe it. And what is even better. I am leaving for Lima, Peru in 5 days. This will be a great celebration. It will also help us prepare for her interview.

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....
