After 164 days I finally received my NOA2!!!! My first touch and the approval all in the same day. I check the USCIS website all day long, and when I came home after work, still not a touch.

I just checked at 8pm and I had a touch. I then went to my email and I had this notice (it was sent at 5pm!).

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL *** The last processing action taken on your case Receipt Number: EACXXXXXXXXXX Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: Approval notice sent. On August 24, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283. *Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov under Case Status and Processing Dates.*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message. 04.11.2013- 10 Year Green Card approved! No interview :)

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
