Woo Hoo!!! We are so excited. We filed back on 7/11/08 and finally got this email today:

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 22, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

11/13/08: Received Biometrics Letter

11/24/08: Biometrics done in Jacksonville, FL

03/20/09: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

05/20/09: Received Approval Letter

...Waiting for the card...

07/09/09: Green Card Received

10/01/09: Eligible for Citizenship

8/03/10: Sent N-400 paperwork

9/08/10: Biometrics done

9/26/10: Received Interview letter

10/28/10: Passed interview

Thanks everyone! He got the Notice of Removal of Conditions in the mail today!!

I am just thrilled that we are finally done with this part.

16th of January 07 - EAD approved

29th of July 07- OMIGAWD the welcome email- GC approved with no interview!!!

8th of August 07- GC in possession

1st of May 09- Submitted I 751 package

6th of June 09- received Biometrics letter for 30th of June 09 for Yuma AZ office

24th of June 09- Walked in for Biometrics.. they took me :-)

16th of July 09- received my congratulations letter!!!

21st of July 09- Had my 10 GC in my hands!!!

  • August 9, 2006 NOA1
  • August 21, 2006 received NOA1 in mail
  • October 4, 5, 7, 13 & 17 2006 Touches! 50 day address change... Yes Judith is beautiful, quit staring at her passport photo and approve us!!! Shaming works! LOL
  • October 13, 2006 NOA2! November 2, 2006 NOA2? Huh? NVC already processed and sent us on to Abu Dhabi Consulate!
  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
