Don´t worry. I feel the same way. It makes me feel better to hear someone else complaining instead of myself. I spent the whole day doing the forms for our interview--didn´t even leave the house. It is so depressing to check each day and find that almost 4 months later they still cannot be bothered to put our case online. I am trying to be hopeful after seeing some of the March people approved, but it seems like they have virtually stopped with approvals again. It would appear they are going backwards and cleaning up some of the cases that were left from earlier. I am happy for those people being approved, but it seems like everytime we get close, they stop again. (ie:processing alot of the Feb people in under a month and then stopping for nearly 2 months with fiance visas). Good luck to everyone. I am ready to smash my computer so I won´t be tempted to check every day.

This is one heck of a thread that cracks me up so much. Thanks for all the good laugh. I thought I was going insane jumping between USCIS website and Igor's List here which by the way backed up a lil bit...the other day it was at March 2 and as of tonight my friends, it's Feb 27. Maybe if I stare at that chart long enough, the dates will move up. It is insane! Time for my coo-coo pill!

I'll never forget the day I got my NOA2, I was leaving the house to buy some fans because it was sweltering (hot) aye, it gets hot in Scotland..sometimes haha.

Anyway, I remember the constant checking of lists! Complaining is good! get it off your chest and what better place to do it than somewhere that has a tonne of people in the same position! it definitely helps to rant a little...even a lot!

Goodluck! I hope you all get your approvals soon!

Just be glad your at the CSC. VSC recently moved it's expected processing time for I-129Fs back to about 8 months, compared to CSC's 5 months. Enjoy what you've got!

It was really a little under seven months: On June 15, 2009 they said they were processing 129Fs from November 25, 2008

I guess that is until we have the visa in hand. Acording to Igor's list most people are aproved around 130 days, a little over 4 months for the NOA2 and depending which country you are from you might still have the visa in hand in 6 months.

Maybe I am trying to be much too positive but there are a lot of people with promising timelines.

Nope, the USCIS list is only for what USCIS does.

Ah yes, I was once that optimistic. Once that first wave of people receiving their NOA2s passes over you (which I hope it doesn't!), you'll probably change your tone too. There was indeed apparently someone who sent their I-129f in on 11/25 who just received their NOA2.

Yeah but that person got an RFE and took almost a month to send out a response. I checked as soon as I saw it...

TRUST me, I know how that feels. I checked the USCIS site every day (multiple times/day) from December 29 until YESTERDAY. Every day it was like someone saying "Nope. Can't be with your love just yet."

Especially hard was watching almost all the December filers get approved in April. That's when I really felt like mine was coming ANY DAY. Who knew it would come 3 months after the majority...

But once it comes, MAN that's the best feeling (until the Visa is in hand, I imagine).

I know how you feel! Yesterday I checked my email and was shocked to see an email from CRIS! Finally after 6 1/2 months... which is a relief- but also a disappointment that it was so late because I am in India, leaving in a week-my visa is expiring- and hoped he could go with us. (Me and our baby.)

I can relate, but look on the positive side you are almost there. Your NOA2 should be coming shortly at least sometimes in the next two weeks. Just be happy you are not a May 09 filer who will be waiting for awhile :).
