i'm so happy, i got approved today, the interview was easy and questions were expected, the CO didn't ask me to show any evidences but i asked her if she wanted to see the photo album and she said ok....she was really nice and she told me that i can come back tomorrow at 3 pm to pickup the visa

thanks to VJ , thanks to the guides and the help of people here, we were able to finish the visa process without any complications

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Congratulations Princess,

what did you take with you to the interview as documents? because my wife has the interview 9 days from today, alhamdo lillah Isent an Email to consulate and they change the interview date from June 25th to May 27th so we're almost there.

cogratulations again, the journey ends here

and to youwho still waiting, I think NVC is not big deal after all, the are trying to do their job, I give them thumb up and good feedback all of the operators talks nicely and answer all the questions taht they can handle. good luck for every one.

I just have one question what is the difference from K1 from Cr 1?

K1 is fiance visa and IR-1/Cr-1 is spouse visa.

thanks so much, i took with me only the 2008 taxes and they asked me about it; for the other papers i already sent them all to NVC; but make sure the documents which you sent to NVC are not expired at the time of the interview because two girls were asked to bring new birth certificate, police record and court record; and also make sure translations were done by an assermented interpreter and translations from usa are not accepted
