Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2009-FEBRUARY-21

Pay I-864 Bill: 2009-FEBRUARY-24 REJECTED

Pay again I-864 Bill: 2009-MARCH-01

Receive I-864 Package :

Return Completed I-864 : 2009-APRIL-21

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2009-MARCH-09

Receive IV Bill : 2009-MARCH-26

Pay IV Bill : 2009-MARCH-25 showed as "paid" then few days later "not paid" called nvc 2009-04-06 and they said they'd "update system", showed as "paid" 2009-APRIL-06

hello everyboday i arrive to USA last night really this trip was soooo cool :) and smoth .. thanks to all and i will be back in a few cuz i want to go out with my wife :D best wish to all ...

05/2004 - He came to NY to see me for first time

11/2004 - I visited him for first time in Glasgow, Scotland

05/05/2005 - I moved to Scotland on a fiancee visa

08/13/2005 - Wedding day at registry office

11/01/2005 - Applied for spouse visa

06/12/2007 - Sent in I-130

06/13/2007 - I flew back home to NY

10/27/2007 - I flew to Glasgow for a visit

11/16/2007 - Had to go down to London with DH on "official matters" at embassy. Everything resolved

01/19/2008 - DH flew to NY to be present for DD's birth

02/02/2008 - DD was born

03/2008 - I-130 FINALLY approved

04/2008 - DS-230 Part 1 posted

12/18/2008 - DS-2001 checklist posted

12/25/2008 - DD and I are in Glasgow for long visit and trip to London

01/19/2009 - Interview date received

02/02/2009 - Interview day (cancelled due to snow), medical, and DD's bday

02/12/2009 - New interview day. Visa (IR1) approved

02/18/2009 - passport picked up by secure mail services

02/24/2009 - DD and I go back home to NY

03/12/2009 - DH went back to London to have fingerprints retaken. Left with visa in hand.

03/29/2009 - DH arrived in Newark Airport.

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

Congratulations and welcome to USA.

When you got your Visa; does it expire within 45 days or something - or, do you have to travel to USA asap. Please let me know if this is something negotiable and can be requested during the interview process.
