Before school was out for the summer, my son kyle tried out for the high school soccer team. He is 13 and will be in the eight grade next year. We found out this week that he made the team. He will be the back up goal keeper. He is been playing soccer since he was 5 years old.

Awwwww Way to go, Kyle! He must be very proud, I know I would be! :yes:

I have a soccer player too. This is her third year playing both the spring and fall seasons. (they don't play in the summer here because it's too hot).

Here she is in an action photo lol. The team has nick-named her "The Wall" :lol:

Congratulations to your son and what a great pic :luv: I can see he's so proud.

My son played soccer two years ago, he's 8 now. He wants to play again this year but I'm not sure if you can just up and join after not playing like that. Surely he would have to try out or something and he doesn't practice and his dad never takes the time to teach him anything :angry: Inshallah when Yousuf is here he can help him.
