Then the CO is gonna ask my husaband why he want to come to america and not me go there? Umm are you kidding me i name them a list right off the bat.

1.There is a WAR going on there.

2.Every other day the Jewish Milarty will go into our town taking young men, and beating em if anyone "said" they did anything even if they did not.

3.We want kids and there no way im going to raise them there, were my son can be taken away from me at any minute.

4. My whole family is here in america.

5. Work there i not good, he will be able to work and make a better living for his family here.

6. Doctors are not good over there.

i could go on and on. they need to hurry it up already :bonk::bonk::bonk:

I just filed an FIOA with DOS.... has anyone else done this??...

**STATUS CHECK OF CASES IN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW: Status Checks of cases in administrative review should first be addressed to the Consulate in question. Click Here for List of Consulates. The State Department's Office of Visa Services can also assist in status checking of cases which are unusually delayed. Tel: 202-663-1225 (Punch 1, Then 0, Avg. Wait Time Approx. 15 minutes to Speak with a Live "Visa Specialist", ET 8:30 AM to 5:00PM). E-Mail: usvisa@state.gov Click Here for More Information. For people who want to be active during the painful waiting period, especially if it becomes protracted, here are two suggestions: 1. Request in Writing Information from Immigration Service and the State Department under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding the reason for the Administrative Delay. See: USCIS Freedom of Information Act Request. and State Department Freedom of Information Request. 2. Order the Visa Applicant's FBI record directly from the FBI and have it ready in case the Embassy requests same. See: FBI Criminal History Record.

President Barack Obama's Executive Order 13489,[17] which encourages openness, transparency and accountability in government records. .[18]

If President Obama is wanting to encourage this it seems to me that something could be done to atleast get us some freaking ANSWERS.. I know that I cant "speed" it up but I would like to know what the eff is going on... I think I am gong to email him... :D wish me luck

This guy filed a FOIA request...

I called DoS today hoping to get Chris or Sarah. Of course, I didn't get either of them, I got this rude lady. She looked up the case and states, "it's pending." I told her that Tuesday a rep told me some of the checks were done 50% and she see's that my case had some work done it on it, does she see that as well. And, she goes, "LOOK, it's pending, I don't see anything else besides pending and people here like to say whatever they feel like it." I was calm and said "thank you." Ang, hung up. SERIOUSLY???? WOW!!!

Thank god for my supportive co-workers and family. They keep telling me, "he will be here soon, don't worry." The waiting continues...I seriously hate this process!!! Okay--going back to work.
