Wowwwwwwwwwwww, thats terrible. I hate that you have to go through all those ups and downs. its truly not fair at all. i really hope you hear good news soon, you deserve it, we all do. the thing that sucks the most is that we really can't do anything. I think that change in the immigration reform is so important. I mean like hellooooo, we're all U.S. citizens here and look at what we have to go through. We're seriously talking about our spouses and fiances, our other halves. I mean obviously, change isnt going to come easy especially when dealing with National Security, but what the hell im talking about just simple changes that could make our lives easier. Like even a phone call or email from the embassy or DOS or anyone twice a month letting us know what is going on with our case is helpful. Anything other than pending or AP is all we're asking for. Like I noticed that HotGuy posted again, and like when I was reading the posts and came across his case I was like wow bc his case took like 14 or 15 months to get done but he at least was called for a second interview and his fiance a field investigation. Like im stumped bc the embassy my husband had his interview at is like in LaLa land. Sorry if it seems like im complaining, its just frustrating even though i know all i can do is be patient. Oh, and btw I got the lady with the heavy accent too yesterday. shes the one who wasnt so helpful, i couldnt even catch her name. lol.

Hey girl. hae you emailed the embassy? whenever i email them i get the same answer. they realy piss me off. like some embassys get 20000+ emails monthly our emabssy only get 1000+ monthly and they cant even respond to an email all they do i copy and past. omg so annyoing. im asking you cuz we are both waitting on the same embassy.

Hey MQ, yea i agree with you 10000%. I'm telling you our embassy is lazy. I dont even bother emailing them bc i know they're gonna give me a generic response. Listen though, if you actually fax them they will either respond to you or call your husband. I did that like 2 and a half months ago bc i was freaking out due to my pregnancy and we hadnt heard jack from them since Oct. Someone from the embassy called my husband and said oh ur wife is worried tell her that you're case is complete its just administrative processing. He just kept saying oh inshallah just be patient. So i mean, i guess if you fax them they'll take the time to call but still their answer is #######. LIke today I sent another fax to them pretty much asking like where the hell is his case and when can i have my husband home. The only problem is the number i used last time isnt on their page anymore but went through today so i may have to fax it again like monday i'll wait and see. sending it will be like 6.50 for 1 fax, but chances are they may call u. then again, they are lazy so they may look at it and be like watever. i'll definitely keep you updated. i know you miss your hubby, but hang in there hun.

I have got that lady with the accent twice in a row now, she is not friendly or helpful at all.. and she left me on hold for like 5 minutes just to look up my case number, what's up with that?

So impatient because today is a Canadian holiday and monday's an American holiday, extra time to wait, but sometime soon after that the senator is supposed to be calling the consulate for us. I really hope the 60 day mark will be it for us, my birthday is in 3 weeks and I want to be with Kevin for it! (today is 50 days since the interview)

Yah i know what the heck. Let me know what happens with the fax if it works ill type up something for em and let my hubby fax it to them. Its getting realy hard. I know other people have been In AP longer but idk AP is AP in my eyes. If 1 week-2 years its realy hard.

I agree...any waiting is torture....cuz its not like we haven't waited atleast a yr by the interviews. I'm thinking the 3 mths i spent there is making it even worse...atleast with the short trips I didn't get in to a routine, etc. Also doesn't help that there doesn't seem to be any routine in how the cases r handled. Atleast we have eachother to lean on....i don't know about everyone else, but not many around me understand. Keeping the hope though. Inshallah a miracle will happen & CSC will start reviewing returned K1s  maybe if i say pretty please with a cherry on top :no::wacko:

he lives on the outside of New Delhi... You know I dont have any fear that they will deny his visa.. its just this waiting of not know when he will be here that is driving me totally crazy.. via the reason I think if I were to plan a trip to see him then I might be able to supress some of my craziness... <probably not  > It isnt like it has been that long since I have been with him.. only 3 weeks... I remember last time when I had to leave him it was easier after the second month... come on time... since this is all we have

Wow--I used to live in New Delhi. It takes a long time to adjust when you come back. I got back from Kenya 5/1 and it took through half of June to adjust back into my routin and being back. You must have a really nice job to be able to travel that often.

Keep thinking winning the lottery would be nice....wonder why i haven't won yet...hmm...oh yeah, i don't have a ticket  Hope everybody has a good 4th...i'm trying to avoid the spiral downward & the desire to just hide & avoid everyone & all their questions. :crying:
