well I can't believe its summer and i Have a cold ok its your tip british summer and today we had rain but still,

after two weeks of all talk no action (constant sneezing for no reason, I thought i had developed hayfever ) the stupid thing has finally waged war on my nose throat and sinuses

and I'm not gunna take this lying down, except the only things i can think of are chicken soup and honey and hot lemon.

I was wondering what peeps around the world do to fight off a cold? I willing to try anything well almost

I took some of that nasty stuff that tastes like anise. I don't know what it's called but I got it from Boots.

Saline nose spray - it helps to clear out the sinuses. I hate not being able to breathe! Also Sambucol - it is made from elderberries and stimulates the immune system.

If it lasts longer than 5 days, it's not a cold and probably allergies. If you're really congested, try Dr. Hana's NASOPURE nasal rinse.
