Thank you everyone, no I didnt post a thread about it  I had gotten an expedite due to humantarian reasons so I didnt post it up, didnt want to give any false hope about VSC making any progess :crying: And the reason is pretty awful ( of course , why else would VSC have the heart to give me an expedite ) for the expedite, but all in all I am very happy that I will be able to get my wife out of there within the next couple of months I hope, I plan to ask for an NVC expedite as well. Thanks again everyone :star:

congrats bud, you are starting a positive waive with this approval :)

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

As we've discussed and you documented to us, Brazil has a lot of hazards too so don't be shy about how you got your approval. I saw that you were approved yesterday and even searched through some posts to see if you burried the info somewhere but I couldn't find anything. I'm really, really glad for you both and hope that the rest of the process moves along faster than the Vermont. (How can it not??)

So I guess that means that we haven't seen a CR1/IR1 approval for a while now out of Vermont apart from expedites. Sigh...

Anyway, we're all really glad to see your approval. You deserve it.

Now git out of here and start the NVC portion of your journey and let us know how it goes!
