Thanks everyone, as i said its heartbreaking to see that Vermont is moving so slow with the approvals of stand alone I-130 and I feel awful about it so thats why i didnt post anything. I didnt want to give false hope and I didnt want to make anyone that i have enjoyed in knowing on this forum have bad feelings towards me. Thanks again for the congrats from all of you , I feel a bit silly for the reasons that I have not posted but some of my buddies do seem a bit mad, I only hope not at me :crying:

I can't believe anyone could be upset about your good fortune. And hey, it wasn't really good fortune was it. You used the system the way it is intended to be used. My husband is safe and prosperous where he is and I'm grateful that is the case. Given my choice between putting him in danger and being able to expedite and having him wait in comfort I'll take the wait. His entire family is safe. Too many of our loved ones and their loved ones are not. You did a good thing by getting her out sooner.

000 no reasons to feel bad. CONGRATS!!! And good luck with this journey and otherwise. Whatever works, people are waiting way too long as it is. If one happens to be Dutch or a Frenchman they can have their foreign spouses with them in their countries within 2-3 months TOTAL time (from date applied to arrival), I know it first hand. And these countries are just 2 examples of how citizens and their spouses should be treated. What we're going thru is a disgrace and you and I and many others waited way too long anyways and even calling this 6+ months wait an expedite would cause laughter under normal circumstances. I know that nobody here reading this is laughing though.

Again, good luck to you with everything, I'm happy that at least some of us are out of VSC.

dude.... LIVE IT UP. Im sure anyone that is "mad" is only jealous. LEt those people deal with that... YOU... YOU deal with your approval!!!!!! :)
