you can't translate it word by word, english and russian are from different language groups with different grammar, if we'll recall some proverbs, with the same meaning in russian and english different words would be used to say the same, the same as idioms, so the way we learn english, by grammar rules and the way americans say it the same way it works in russian Language

Russia: Я люблю тебя.

If "I love you" is Я люблю тебя (Ya loo-bloo tee-bya), then why is "I love you very much" Я очень тебя люблю (Ya o-chin tee-bya loo-bloo)? This translates to "I very you love"? I would understand if it were "I very love you", but it's not. I continue to struggle learning this language, and the answer I frequently receive when asking either my girl or my Interpreter, is "Just because" (dolka putamoo-shto)...

Its not the words its the actions, like the calls to say goodmorning or goodnight even though its like 2am for the other person, or the agreement to never go to bed angry, or the long back rubs when you have had a bad day, for the understanding, caring, and compassion you have for each other, accepting your partner the way they are and how they are, understanding their past, and believing in their future and your future together, and the ability to be able to sit, and say nothing at all and still be sescure in the knowledge that the one you are with loves you with all their heart
