VJ amigos USCIS Approved our petition! No lawyer nothing and it came in 102 days Just my art work ha ha YAY there where NO previous touches no nada just a surprise email last nite and a change on the update date on the uscis page...

So exciting no Im nervous for whats to come!

It says to folllow instructions when we get the NOA2 on the mail.. Do u know what shld we do next just wait until its send to Lima Peru !?!!?

OCTOBER FILERS YOUR TIME IS COMING SOOOOOOOOON mine was approved a month earlier that what my timeline said !

Visa I 130 for Step Daughter

Sept 2010-- Getting documents ready. sent BC out for translation.

March 1st 2012-- Sent documents to USCIS

June 15th 2012 EMAIL OF APPROVAL !!

Dec 15th 2012 -- Interview scheduled ( 1-23-2013)

Jan 9th 2013--Medical Exam

2010-03-09 NOA-1

2010-03-10 check cashed

2010-4-12 Bio (done early 3-29)

2010-6-3 card production ordered

2010-6-19 10 year GC recieved

N-400

2011-3-28 application sent via express mail to LEWISVILLE TX SC

2011-3-29 application recieved

2011-4-20 early BIO

2011-6-16 interview

2011-7-29 Oath

August 1, 2007 - NOA1

Dec. 3, 2007 - NOA2 received after 132 days from filing!

February 7,2008 (6:30AM) - Interview

February 22, 2008 - POE LAX, then flew on to Washington DC

March 8th, 2008 - We're MARRIED! Tyndall AFB, FL beachside!!!!

Aug 08-PREGNANT! Jan 09 -UPDATE! It's A BOY!

MAy 17 09 - Baby James Anthony born!!

I-129f was approved in 131 days from filing date.

Iinterview took 197 days from I-129F filing date.

April 3 AOS Sent

April 06 Received Date

April 10 Noticed Date 3 NOAs: AOS, EAD & AP (Received in mail April 14)

April 30 Biometrics Appointment (Notice received April 16) DONE!

May 06 AOS Transferred in CSC

June 13 AP and EAD card Received

June 19 Touched

July 29 Touched

July 30 Card Production ordered!!

August 4 Received Welcome letter & GC in mail!!!

Congratulations!!!

Well - it is about time that USCIS works on their backlog!!

The July and August filers (like we were :crying: ) had to wait soooooooooooooooo long - but I am very happy for you that you got your approval so soon! :dance:

3/25/13 - NVC received my case

4/08/13 - Emailed ds3032 template

4/09/13 - NVC case number and IIN number generated

4/11/13 - aos fee bill invoiced/paid/and pkg sent

4/12/13 - aos fee paid again after being rejected/ds3032 resent and accepted

4/15/13 - aos pkg delivered/iv bill invoiced and paid

4/16/13 - iv pkg sent express mail/ aos status changed to paid

4/17/13 - iv pkg delivered/ iv status changed to paid.

4/29/13 - Case Complete!

5/10/13 - Interview notice emailed.

6/05/13 - INTERVIEW
