To sum up this weird thread. If your girl is in the USA file for aos for her and have someone put the child on the plane to you. Assuming you're both parents. If your girl is not in the USA,  she needs a visa to immigrate. File K1. If the child is not yours, it needs fathers permission to immigrate. 3 - Don't count on the asylum or military.

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

The Philippines is not under martial law. There is no problem going in and out of the country...no travel bans, just warnings issued by some countries for their citizens traveling to or already in the Philippines. The martial law us only for a small city in the southern part of the Philippines.
