Hello,

I am writing to kindly ask for advice in applying to expedite my EAD.

I've already contacted USCIS and began the process. I received an email that requests additional information to submitted through fax in order to prove financial hardship.

My husband is a freelancer and doesn't have a steady income, in addition bills (Tax bills, credit card bills, and my college bills) have pilled up since I cannot contribute financially. Also my husband's adjusted income is under the poverty line and we had to submit a new form for a joint sponsor.

I was wondering if anyone has cover letters to help us compose our own and a list of documents that we need to fax.

Thank you.

Do you have a job offer?  That's usually the fastest way.

I do, but I would like help by looking at a template, since my job offer is for a freelance job and my employer doesn't know how to handle the matter.

Have they contracted you for any pieces?  I'm unsure how freelance would be expedited

I do not think I have seen a self employed expedite.

How can you declare financial hardship when sponsorship was okay financially beforehand, even with a joint sponsors?

I don't know what you mean by "pieces"?

A major issue in communicating the job offer is that most job offers these days don't come in writing.

Davenot my husband and primary sponsor does not meet the financial standing to be my sponsor, while struggling with his freelance job. We've mailed the financial documents and application for the sponsor 30 days ago, but haven't received any information from USCIS about accepting the documents, other than receiving them. What I am kindly asking by this community is a job offer template in order to assist my employers that are unfamiliar with this process.

That's not helpful.

I am looking for a job offer template. If you can't help me please don't post deconstructive remarks. I'm asking for assistance not negativity. Thank you.

Freelance type of work is not a regular W-2 employment so it's more of a contract offer to pay X per X job produced.

I think you're better off just doing a Google search for "job offer template" or "freelance contract template", something of that sort. The vendor(employer), honestly, should already have something like this to give you. Google is your best friend for this though - you can find plenty of templates for contract work and gear it to the type of work you'll be getting paid for.
