They do what ever they want , ive been to jamaica 14 times in the last 18 months to see my wife and all most every time they pull me over to the side and go thru every thing phone wallet pockets you name it, one time when i got off the flight they didnt even let me make it to the custom part they met me walking down the hall soon as i got off plane and told me to go with them and ask me one million questions then they call my wife and ask her my name , were i work my address, do i have kids and more questions about us, then the guy came back and said your wife know a lot about you, i said i hope she do she is my wife then he ask when she coming over, i said when ever they finish the paper work, and i said you can let the embassy know you already did the interview, and he said i want have to go thru this again, and the next month i flew they had me jack up all over again with more questions.

↑ That right there is hella messed up! That is blatant scrutiny because they did the exact same thing to Jamaicans (a family with an elderly and little kids) in transit through Piarco Int'l in Trinidad. They ended up sending them right back to Jamaica on a Caribbean Airlines flight the next day....without as much as an explanation as to why!

when i was stopped at Newark same time with me there was a french guy that came on a tourist visa i think ... and the officer there asked him what is the reason for his visit and he said i'm on business? and he said u were here just last month? right? yes ! so he asked for his phone and after 10 min he comes back and he is asking him to get closer...and he says: so , you are here in business and the guy says yes i own a business in France ..oh u do? well sir explain me this ..your company was closed in 2001 and on your phone are conversations that u will arrive in Newark january 28 and will fly from Newark to Miami because a job is expecting u there!!! So now i'm giving u the chance to come clean and tell me everything..and he was just silent so the officer was like ok go back to your sit I had enough of you...u will be seen by a judge and he will decide for you. The guy start crying i just felt so bad for him for some reason..because here i'm in my own drama they refused me the entry so i was myself a mess but at least i wasn't in his shoes..so yeah in usa they can do that check your phone your whole life... idk what happened further they arrested him.

The old saying of if you can not do the punishment do not do the crime comes to mind.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I don't feel bad for him.

France is a nice place to live. He is not a Syrian war refugee. Crossing the border was not a matter of life or death.

He was given a opportunity to come clean when he was caught, and he choose not to do so and continue his lies.

He had the opportunity to "self-deport" and get back on the next plane to France, and he choose to stay and fight his case in front of a judge.

Well I guess i felt bad because at his 40 something..i felt that if he didn't learn anything from life he never will..But this was just an example that yes they can get your phone and find out about you in few sec..it is one of the strongest country in the world so ppl have to realize u will be triple searched.

As for Syrian, Afghanistan and Africa, Europe has been invaded with ppl running from the war... sleeping in train stations and etc not talking about 1 or 2..i'm talking about thousands... And to top it Romania my country refused 4 dudes from Afghanistan and their 2 brothers that were already in romania because they were sent back they been threaten to blow up the capital of Romania..so idk soon it will be crazy over here...I can't help it not to worry when i know for sure we dont have the same immigration system over here..wish we did..because i don't know how they will be able to figure out the good ppl from the bad ppl...

I think the more they see you the more they question you. I've been to JA 5x and each time I get questioned more and more.

Initial passport control officer screens by asking a handful of questions about purpose of visit. Hesitation, evasion, or lying could lead to a secondary referral for a more thorough interview.. and every possession (wallet, bags, documents, electronics) are fair game to be inspected.

There are Youtube documentaries on people being deported from Sydney, Heathrow, JFK airports if purpose didn't match their visa.

Ive been reading up on this issue over the internet and also within this post.

What's confusing me is this-

I see that some people say that whenever she goes to the interview for, lets say for the I30 filing; eventhough she is charged with the 7a, which requires only the i212 waiver, they would DEFINITELY impose other code on her at the interview which would cause her/us to also file an i601 waiver. And if officer at the POE didnt impose those other code on her, why would the officer at the interview do it?

Am I understanding this correctly?
