Hello everyone

I filed i130 on july 21 2015.i got noa1 they recieved my petition after nothing until contacted

my senator they send me letter saying my case recueved an initial review and a bacgroundcheck was initiated and it is not yet complete.

Anybody with similar case?? Does anybody know anything about background check and reviews pleade helllllllllllp!

I am also still waiting on approval. Noa1 July 16

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

Got response from Senator :



"From a review of USCIS records, we understand that your constituent's Form I-130 case received an initial examination by a supervisory officer and an adjudicating officer at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC). However, a background check process was subsequently initiated in this case; and it is not yet complete.



Don't know how long I need to wait for their decision...........

I am so excited!!!! I called NVC this morning and lucky I am my interview date was given to me right away...that my case was reviewed only this morning. What do I have to do next. My interview date is June 15 2016.

i understand how frustrating the system is but you will get approved for sure.

I'm so happy to see that people had been approved. What a long wait and It's still a long journey to go for all of us. Let's all hold hands and prays~!
