Congrats to everyone who has moved on to the NVC process! Way to go!!

I'm still stuck in a holding pattern. After speaking to a tier 2 a few times they confirmed that they received the documents requested on thr RFE I received. I got the RFE on Dec 10th. They received my documents on Dec 29th. I've heard nothing since. No updates. Just to make matters more fun, when I recieved the notification stating that they have in fact received my RFE documentation, that notification specifically states that they can give me no time frame on when my petition will be completed.

It's been 7 months now and there is no time frame for us to reference. I don't have a "60 day" mark that I can call after.

Are there even any July filers still waiting?

Yes, my PD is July 16, 2015. Received NOA1 that case transfered to Potomac on 10/16/2015. After many times calling USCIS over the past month, I was finally able to talked to a tier 2 rep 10 days ago, all they told me was someone is reviewing your case but doesn't tell me who or give me a time frame when I will receive an answer on the approval. They also added just wait and nothing else. Don't these people feel out pain(lol)? 7 months passed and still waiting.......... :(

Keep calling them. when the first person answers, just immediately ask to speak with a tier 2 person. Ask them if they know anything more about your case because it's been more than 7 months.

Ok, thanks. I will try to call them again tomorrow, just afraid that I call too much and they drag it out....

You don't need letter from the Bank. what you have is plenty as long as you are able to prove you're 125% above the poverty level. If you want to provide more backup, then you can send copies of your 2014 and 2013 tax transcripts.

I'm sending in employment letter that states how long i've been working with the company and how much my gross annual income is, my most recent 7 months pay stubs, 2015 tax returns + W2, 2014 and 2013 tax transcripts.

As soon as my husband's documents finally arrive, i'll put everything together and FedEx it over night! :dancing:
