  1. I am thinking of 2 things right now. 1. How many years of income tax returns or bank statements do I need to provide. (i. e to prove residence in the USA) 2. Does the embassy require any medical documentation of the pregnancy. For example doctor visit notes, ultrasound reports etc. Any asistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
  2. I am a US Citizen. I filed an I-130 for my brother about 2 years ago. At the time of filing he was single. However, he just got married last month. Do I need to notify USCIS of this developement? Perhaps file some kind of addendum notifying them that he is married now. Or do I simply wait for his petition to start processing and then provide proof of marriage etc ? Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
  3. My understanding is that if I have been married to a US citizen for 3 years and continously resided for 30 months, I can apply for naturalization (form N 400) I will appreciate if someone can confirm this.
