To anyone who has recently had case completes: have you had log in errors on the payment portal?

Didn't know if that was something that still happened? Some people say its unreliable.

So what is the timeframe for a checklist for DS-230 package? A friend got checklist on their DS-230 sent back Jun 13, 2013. called NVC thursday and they say its nit even in system yet.

I think something is serious wrong. But thats 16 business days. What ya'll think?

Get her to talk to a supervisor. It seems like checklists have been taking a while. Did she resend the entire thing with the part corrected and the bar coded checklist sheet on top or just the one corrected part?

SIF (Sign-In Fail) no longer occurs for indication of case complete. It used to happen, like when I went through NVC, but it stopped shortly afterwards.

Hi Guys,

I am the petitioner, My wife just sent her DS-3032 yesterday. We got the auto-response reply, but it seems that based on other peoples timeline it may take a while for it to be accepted by the NVC.

I went ahead and paid the AOS fee, and it is currently processing.

My Questions are,

1) Once AOS fee is approved, can I go ahead and mail the AOS package, or should I wait for DS-3032 to be accepted?

2) Can I pay the IV fee immediately (when available), or do I have to wait for DS-3032 to be accepted?

3) Do I have to wait for the DS-3032 to be accepted before sending in the IV? (pretty obvious question, but just making sure)

DS-3032 has nothing to do with AOS.When you pay invoice fee you can send in.

Your IV fee will not be invoiced UNTIL the DS-3032 is accepted.

3) Do I have to wait for the DS-3032 to be accepted before sending in the IV? (pretty obvious question, but just making sure) YES
