What could this mean, is it possible my case is complete and I didn't know??? I have no idea what to think of any of this. They didn't send anything to me just to her, the beneficiary..

I guess you got CC

congratulation.....

Thanks for the reply Saylin, do you think it would do any harm to send a copy of the letter in anyways? I figured if they don't need it, they can just throw it out. I just want to be careful of sending anything in before they actually request it.

Well, worst case: they close your case after they get to your checklist. Then they receive another package from you, so they re-open the case, thus changing when your case was completed.

"Best case" scenario: they disregard it and you've just wasted their time and increased their work load for pointless mail.

Hi shinwary71,

Your cousin is right, I have also read in interview reviews of some people who really emphasized on the presence of petitioner at the time of interview. Will you please ask your cousin how he did accompany his spouse? Walk in or prior appointment?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again for the advice Saylin. I think I might have sent in what was needed after all. In the email we received there was a bar coded letter, then also the bar coded cover sheet, then the actual check list. I did send in the first page letter and the cover sheet. Just not the entire check list.

Hey guys,

Just curious about the checklists? Have most of you been receiving checklists for missing items or does everyone receive a false checklist? I see some people saying in their timelines they received a false checklist but then posted a response? I thought if its a false checklist you should just ignore it? I'm hoping we don't get any checklists, I've been VERY through with everything we sent, any way to guarantee NOT to get one??

I know this i moving slowly for everyone, but at least we're seeing movement now you guys! Instead of 6-7mos or a year and over of all of us just sitting at USCIS. Perk up guys, we're all close to the end! :)
