Ryan H reacted to pushbrk in I-864: Entering N/A in not applicable fields
My answer works every time it's tried. First, the instruction to enter N/A is an "artifact" from an earlier era. The form doesn't allow that anymore and hasn't for a while. There are fields the earlier answers render inoperative. Then, for example, there are fields where N/A cannot be entered. If asked to list all children, if there are NONE, just enter NONE one time and leave all the rest of the children fields blank. If there's one child, enter NONE in the second child's name filed and move on. Yes, this is absolutely acceptable.

Ryan H got a reaction from TBoneTX in Thoughts on my Proof

To dispatch with the semantics, you're submitting evidence, not proof.
As others have suggested, dial this back; you can start with some of the items I've lined out.

Ryan H got a reaction from Chancy in Confusing lines on I-130

Answers:
You don't need to put anything there UNLESS you were living at someone else's residence and your name was nowhere to be found on the record. An example of this would be "John Smith in care of Jack Sprat" Leave blank since you live in a US State with a US zip Write what you know to be current Adding the state will not be a problem, if it were me, I would add the state Correct, you would write "2" for that line -
Ryan H got a reaction from PatLuvO in Police Certificate and Medical Certificate
***Moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures.***

IMO, wait until the I-130 is approved before obtaining the police certificate. As Jorgedig already mentioned, an interview will need to be scheduled before it will be possible to have a medical exam.

Ryan H got a reaction from pushbrk in Should I contact USCIS about changing embassy?
Lets get the semantics out of the way first, you didn't apply for anything, the I-130 is your petition since you're the US Citizen, and it's also not an application.
To answer your question, listing the incorrect post is common error that is simply overlooked by USCIS. Once the file reaches the NVC, they'll see where your spouse resides and route it appropriately. You won't have to file an I-824 and pay that fee.
Don't get worked up about what you hear on Facebook groups, misinformation in abundance tends to come out of there.
